Your Fitness Assessment is free, but it's also a very valuable tool. Everyone should do a fitness assessment to gather information about their health and fitness history, in order to determine a good starting point for their training. It is about understanding where you are currently at, where you want to be, why you want to get there, and how to get there. It's about building an understanding about why your journey is important. In other words, we explore and create goals for you, and we establish meaning and importance to these goals. Why have to find your why. We have to address and work through your objections to dedicating yourself to achieving the goals. Then we create a plan of action to help you find the best way toward those goals for your unique situation. There will be a careful injury history and current ache and pain briefing. As each individual is different, the physical fitness assessment methods chosen may vary to better reflect each individual, but there will be some degree of movement quality assessment, stability assessment, strength assessment, and energy system testing.
