Personal Training, or the 1 on 1 setting, is the way that I can do the best job customizing the instruction and the programming to each individual. I can deliver a high level of information and instruction easily in this setting. It allows me to coach with the highest attention to detail. This is a good fit if you have very specific goals, and want to improve technical proficiency quickly, or have a particular limitation that may leave you worried about doing a group class. The majority of my time is spent doing personal training, and I love the work. Building relationships and chasing after strength and conditioning goals together is great, and personal training is a great way to keep the accountability, discipline, and motivation up.
